This includes: requiring temperature checks for both employees and customers, providing branded masks to all of our employees, requiring all customers to wear masks while in-store, having disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves available at all times, extra cleaning and sanitizing, including cleaning surfaces between each customer interaction and the Synexis® Biodefense System (which is the state-of-the-art microbial reduction system designed to clean air and surfaces by reducing the presence of microbes in indoor spaces).

Your role as a jewelry consultant is to develop strong customer relationships while maximizing sales performance as a jewelry expert. You will work to meet the unique needs of each customer by listening, providing sales presentations based on the features and benefits of our products, closing sales, clienteling with existing customers for their ongoing needs, assisting with back-of-house operations, performing inspections and cleaning support to maintain the beauty of our guests’ merchandise, and providing exceptional service while helping team members do the same.
We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each and every customer.
