The Grader/Sorter I position is responsible for the accurately and concisely receiving of both natural and lab grown stones from outside manufacturers, as well as customer trades and outside sales.
The pay range for this role is $21-25 per hour.

The Manager of General Ledger Accounting position is responsible for leading the company’s month-end close and reporting processes, reviewing reconciliations, performing technical accounting research and reviewing/ updating documentation of policies and procedures. This position supervises the General Ledger Accountants, assigning/auditing their work, while personally handling more difficult procedures and analyses.
The Copy Director will work closely with the Vice President of Creative to manage the creative strategy, developing and establishing seasonal campaigns for the brand, and establishing and maintaining guidelines for the brand voice. The Copy Director will lead and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and touch points (in-store, digital, and traditional media – including radio). This position will manage the copy team, provide leadership, vision and strategy as well as conceptual and executional excellence.
The salary range for this role is $101,000-$133,000 annually.
The Digital Fulfillment Bench Jeweler will perform all requested and necessary work on jewelry to include setting, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, cleaning, and other work consistent with Shane Co standards of quality, service, and timeliness.
