Overview

The Grader/Sorter I – IC & PO Fulfillment position is an entry level position responsible for processing invoices/memos, processing store requests for findings (metal) and stones, matching stones in accordance with Company quality standards.

 

The pay range for this role is $21-25 per hour. 

Responsibilities

  • Receive invoices/memos of loose stones, both incoming and outgoing, receipt, inventory control and disbursement.
    • Paperwork must be accurate and complete
    • Immediately communicate, solve, and follow up on any discrepancies
    • Complete necessary paperwork for the Accounting Department.
  • Process requests from stores for findings and melee for shop needs.
  • Process all incoming findings and communicating discrepancies to the GR (goods receipt) team Assistant Manager within 24 hours.
  • Responsible for maintaining grading/sorting alignment with the Company quality standards while matching stones to fulfill orders.
  • Responsible for securing perpetual stones processed from TIRTs (trade in/returns), MLR’s and service orders into inventory.
  • Assist in the monthly inventory process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess excellent manual dexterity with small items.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability with math:
    • Adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing
    • Understanding and ability to work with decimal numbers, fractions, and percentages
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

Work Environment

The primary environment for this role is an open workspace which is brightly lit, subdued with regard to bright color and decoration, and relatively free of clutter. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. Work requires dexterity with small objects, visual acuity, and ability to discern color gradations. Travel may be required to stores, conferences or events up to 5% of the time.

The pay range for this role is $21-25 per hour. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
