Overview

The eCommerce Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in driving online growth by assisting in managing our SEO and affiliate marketing agencies, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insight to implement the company’s marketing strategies. This role is responsible for maintaining content calendars, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging, and identifying high-performing content opportunities in SEO and affiliate, in partnership with the social media and e-mail marketing teams. This role will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement strategies across the Shane Co. eCommerce site.

Responsibilities

Agency Management & Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for our SEO and affiliate marketing agencies supporting the eCommerce Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating with agencies effectively, ensuring alignment with our goals and KPIs.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks resulting from calls with agencies, ensuring timely execution.
  • Initiate and implement feedback from agencies based on performance analysis and market trends.

SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the SEO agency and eCommerce Marketing Manager to implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Continuously analyze SEO and content marketing trends to identify and implement opportunities that improve site performance and user experience.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Use SEMRush to further research agency recommendations to implement data-driven keyword strategies to increase content reach throughout the Shane Co. site.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of WordPress CMS for content management.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Update weekly reports on key performance indicators for affiliate marketing.
  • Regularly analyze content, SEO, and affiliate marketing trends to provide recommendations.
  • Utilize website and marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 year’s successful experience in content strategy, SEO, affiliate marketing, or a related field within the direct-to-consumer industry.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and affiliate marketing agencies to drive measurable results.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Successful experience working with affiliate networks and pulling/analyzing data.
  • General knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Beginner ability with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Self-starter with a strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Work Environment

The primary environment for this role is a combination of an open office and a remote workplace. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. This role is expected to be on-site in Home Office on average of one day per week on an ongoing basis. Note that all hybrid and remote work conditions are covered in the Company’s current Remote Work Policy and Remote Work Agreement, incorporated here by reference. Travel may be required to stores, conferences or events up to 10% of the time.

Base Pay range for this role is $70,000-$89,000 per year, which applies to this specific role. Your placement in the range is determined through interviews, a review of experience, knowledge, skills, balanced pay with other team members and alignment with geographic market data.  Home office base pay ranges are based on the Denver market.  We target most new hire offers toward the lower end of the listed range, but more demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills may result in a higher starting rate.

 

Beyond Base Pay: Home office positions are eligible for consideration for an annual bonus, based on total company performance.  Amounts vary by role and are based on a percentage of eligible earnings for the fiscal year (starting at 2%).
