Oversee Special Order team and create strategy to handle Special Orders and validate the standards, processes, and efficiencies of our Special Order business.

• Manage Special Order team that partners with stores to facilitate special orders.
• Establish relationships with all merchandising areas (Merchants, Buy Planners, Production, Sourcing, etc.) and vendors to execute fulfillment of Special Orders.
• Oversee process to document item specifics and cost to ensure appropriate quality and price for special orders.
• As part of the larger merchandising team, work to execute against larger merchandising/strategic WSM priorities.
• Establish a framework with store teams and visual merchandisers to train best practices for the selling process and when/how to use special orders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of special order processing experience, or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of successful experience with CSC and SAP
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent visual and hand-eye coordination.
• Math skills, i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, understand and have the ability to work with decimal numbers, fractions and percentages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate within and across departments to achieve goals.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions with minimal input.
• Previous successful leadership experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

The primary environment for this role is a remote work space provided by the employee. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. Base Pay range for this role is $73,000 - $93,000 annutally, which applies to this specific role. Your placement in the range is determined through interviews, a review of experience, knowledge, skills, balanced pay with other team members and alignment with geographic market data.  Home office base pay ranges are based on the Denver market.  We target most new hire offers toward the lower end of the listed range, but more demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills may result in a higher starting rate. 

Beyond Base Pay: Home office positions are eligible for consideration for an annual bonus, based on total company performance.  Amounts vary by role and are based on a percentage of eligible earnings for the fiscal year.
