The Fulfillment Specialist (Temp, Seasonal) is responsible for the on-time and accurate delivery of orders to our customers. This role is critical to the success of our growing Digital business and requires a high attention-to-detail and a process-oriented mindset.

Pay for this role is $21/hour.

• Assist the eStore Fulfillment team by serving as a versatile team member.
• Accurately and efficiently process merchandise, order transactions in a timely, organized and efficient manner.
• Execute fulfillment operations in accordance with established Company guidelines:
• Picking merchandise
• Styling merchandise into the appropriate presentation box
• Processing orders for inventory management and customer notifications
• Packing FedEx boxes with prepared merchandise
• Ensuring packages are prepped and ready for FedEx pick-up each day.
• Assist with receiving daily shipments from FedEx, USPS, and BRINKS
• Support proper inventory management and care daily to ensure clean inventories
• Ensure fulfillment stations are stocked with appropriate items including jewelry presentation boxes, pre-built FedEx boxes, necessary packing materials, etc.
• Excellent and detailed communication to leadership of any and all delays on orders/concerns.
• Ensure that all additional notes for online orders are reviewed and applied correctly and timely for all orders daily.
• Maintain proficiency in all roles related to the fulfillment area
• Responsible for performing any other duties or functions that are requested by the appropriate Management/Company personnel.

• 1+ years of fulfillment experience in a warehouse or other relevant work environment, preferred.
• Must have demonstrated communication skills, oral and written, as well as the ability to communicate with a vast array of personality types and skillsets, regardless of organizational level.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects & tasks with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situations
• Demonstrated ability to use technology.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other member(s) of team

This role is on-site as part of the Home Office team. The primary environment for this role is an open office and considerable business is conducted using computer technology. This is a fulfillment and shipping environment which requires the ability to lift and carry packages up to 20lbs.
